Budget Dumpster has locations in Cleveland, OH – Akron, OK – Charlotte, NC – Austin, TX - Atlanta, GA. Budget Dumpster (www.BudgetDumpster.com) contacted us in November, 2009 needing help with a very unique situation. They were very proficient in Internet Marketing; however, Google removed their Google Maps Local Business Center listings for all 5 cities where they were located. This action by Google basically stopped the phone calls coming into their business. After a few weeks of doing research and implementing our Ultimate SEO Package, all 5 cities were back on page 1 of Google Maps and Organic listings.

(www.RocknRoadCycle.com) has 4 retail bike shop locations in Orange County. Their sales had been slipping in through 2007 and into early 2008. We began by holding sales motivation meetings with the staff. We did SEO on the main website and added two blogs. We have created over forty YouTube Videos, numerous press releases and held additional sales meetings and brainstorming sessions with the staff. Sales ended up double digits in 2008 and again in 2009. There is virtually no bicycle related subject in Orange County where Rock N' Road is not showing with multiple presence in the top ten. They have many key words where they are in the top ten nationally.
Bill Rayman
Bill Rayman (www.MortgageHelpLosAngeles.com) is a successful mortgage sales agent working under the umbrella of Mortgage Capital of Santa Monica. Bill had no internet presence at all, and we were hired to increase his incoming phone calls and internet presence. We created a blog, a state-of-the-art website, press releases, listed him on 60 local search engines, and created 3 YouTube Videos. We then worked with him to set up a banner ad campaign. The phone is ringing, his sales are much more than satisfactory, and his internet presence is substantial and growing.
La Carona Del Mar Apartments This 108 Apartment building (www.InfoOnApartments.com) had enjoyed almost continuous prosperity until 2008. The recession resulted in a substantial vacancy rate with more notices in the pipeline. We were brought to the table on a retainer basis. After a substantial review of the market and conversations with tenants and staff, it was determined that the overall market had shrunk due to singles moving in with parents or doubling up. The strategy was to retain existing tenants while increasing visibility through signage, Craig's list, better SEO on the website, and listings on Local Search Engines and specific apartment rental sites. We also did a video with tenants expressing their overwhelming love for the building and the staff. Within 90 days the building was back to historic vacancy levels.
Puroserve (www.Puroserve.com) is a Los Angeles based manufacturer, sales and service of reverse osmosis water systems. The water system requires no salt and makes it environmentally friendly. They needed a new web site to demonstrate their product to businesses and residential customers.
The Arcade on 6th Street
This office building (www.TheArcadeBuilding.com) is an architectural treasure honored by the Los Angeles Conservancy. The building has been a site used by the movie industry in Los Angeles as a location and by the community for weddings and other events. Occupancy in the offices was low and there was very little activity on events and movie location shooting when we were called.
Research revealed that the overall market for all three elements was depressed in Los Angeles. In addition, 6th Street had gained a reputation for being unfriendly to film. We immediately created an effort to retain existing tenants, several of which loved the building, but had difficulty with the economy. We bought a 9' Helium balloon for the roof which can be seen over a mile away. We created a video with tenant extolling the virtues of the building. The building was added to every listing available on the web.
We then created a day long event at the building that included a seminar on "How to turn your property into a movie star." The event was a celebration of the 85th birthday of the location. Through PR releases, constant contact mailings, Meetup.com efforts to increase the crowd, and blanketing the area with a mailing and some personal calls, we had over 300 people come through the building that day. The event grabbed a front page article in the San Pedro Magazine, an article in the local paper, coverage by KCal 9, and a phone call from the LA Times. The event was attended by the local city council person and assemblymember, who presented plaques.
Upper Manhattan Restaurant and Lounge (www.UpperManhattanLounge.com) is an upscale eating establishment and night club in Manhattan Beach, CA. Upper Manhattan contacted us in late 2007, before they were open to discuss their web site and online marketing needs. The site was launched in early 2008 in conjunction with opening of the restaurant. Since that time, we have become their web site development company, Internet marketing agency, which includes email campaigns, text messaging, social media promotions, including Facebook and Twitter, as well as the main source for all of their print collateral.
